Scope — please read this first

These terms cover this website and the waitlist. They do not govern your use of the Fabric Control platform itself. When Fabric Control becomes available and you deploy it, your use of the product will be governed by a separate End User License Agreement, which you will be asked to accept at that time. Nothing on this website constitutes that agreement, and joining the waitlist creates no license to the product.

Acceptance

By accessing or using this website, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the site. This website is operated by Dobler Data Solutions, LLC (“Dobler,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), a Florida limited liability company.

Pre-launch status

Fabric Control is in final launch preparations. Accordingly:

Joining the waitlist is an expression of interest. It is not a purchase, a contract, or a guarantee of access.
We may contact you about early access. We are not obligated to provide it, and we may prioritize or limit access at our discretion.
Features, capabilities, timelines, and pricing described on this site are current plans and may change before launch.

The early-adopter offer

We describe an early-adopter bonus on this site. To be clear about what it is and is not:

The offer is that the first ten customers who elect a paid tier receive their first three months of that tier at no charge.
It applies to the paid subscription fee only, and is limited to the first ten such customers, determined by us in good faith.
No purchase is ever required. The free governance tier does not depend on this offer, and joining the waitlist does not obligate you to buy anything.
Final terms of the offer will be confirmed in writing when a paid tier is purchased. We may modify or withdraw the offer before it is accepted.

Pricing shown on this site is indicative and subject to change until confirmed in an order. Third-party prices referenced for comparison are those publicly listed at the time of writing and may change without our knowledge.

Permitted use

You may view and use this website for your own informational and business purposes. You agree not to:

Use the site in violation of any law, or to infringe anyone’s rights.
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the site, its systems, or its underlying infrastructure.
Interfere with the site’s operation, including through automated scraping that burdens it, or by submitting false or automated waitlist entries.
Copy, reproduce, or republish substantial portions of the site’s content without our permission.

Information you submit

When you join the waitlist, you agree the information you provide is accurate and that you are authorized to provide it. You agree we may contact you about early access. How we handle that information is described in our Privacy Policy. You may ask us to remove you at any time.

This website, its content, design, and the Fabric Control name and marks are the property of Dobler Data Solutions, LLC. Nothing on this site grants you any license or right to use them. Microsoft, Microsoft Fabric, Azure, and Power BI are trademarks of Microsoft Corporation; we reference them descriptively and claim no affiliation with or endorsement by Microsoft. Other product names mentioned are the property of their respective owners.
