How Dobler Data Solutions, LLC handles information collected through this website and the Fabric Control waitlist.
Effective date: July 8, 2026 · Last updated: July 8, 2026
We collect the contact details you give us when you join the waitlist, and basic information about how this website is used. We do not sell your information. Separately — and importantly — the Fabric Control product does not transfer your Microsoft Fabric data content out of your Azure tenant.
This website and the Fabric Control product are operated by Dobler Data Solutions, LLC (“Dobler,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), a Florida limited liability company.
For any privacy question or request, contact us at pdobler@doblerinc.com.
We collect only what we need to operate the waitlist and improve this site.
We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16, and this site is not directed at children.
This is the part most people want to know, so we will be explicit:
We use the information you provide to:
We rely on a small number of providers to run this site and our mailing list. They process information on our behalf and are not permitted to use it for their own purposes:
| Provider | Purpose | What it receives |
|---|---|---|
| Cloudflare | Website hosting and delivery | Technical request data |
| Constant Contact | Waitlist and email communication | Name, email, company, role |
We may also disclose information where required by law, or to protect our rights, safety, or property.
This policy covers the website and the waitlist. The product itself is designed around a straightforward principle: your data content never leaves your Azure tenant.
To function, Fabric Control reads and reports operational metadata about your environment — things like what exists, its status, its size, and its configuration. It does not read or transmit the contents of your tables, files, or reports. A small baseline of that metadata is required for the product to govern, protect, or recover anything; above that baseline, you choose how much you share, and you can change it at any time.
Where backup is enabled, backups are written to storage you own, under keys you control. Your use of the product is governed by its End User License Agreement, not by this website policy. See the security page for the full explanation.
We keep waitlist contact details for as long as you remain on the list, or until you ask us to remove you. Technical logs are kept only as long as needed for security and operations.
You are in control of the information you have given us:
Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under laws such as the GDPR or the CCPA. We honor those requests regardless of where you are. Email us and we will act on it.
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect the information we hold. No system is perfectly secure, and we do not claim otherwise — but we deliberately hold as little as possible, which is the most effective protection available.
We operate from the United States, and our service providers may process information there. If you contact us from outside the U.S., you understand your information will be handled in the U.S.
We may update this policy as the product and the business evolve. When we do, we will revise the “last updated” date above. Material changes will be communicated by reasonable means.
